Commissioned Mod for Rune

Adds a collection of customizable dummy items. These items have no gameplay effects, but feature visually appealing icons and editable properties, including crafting costs, names and descriptions, allowing admin's to use them for whatever purpose they deem appropriate, from collectibles, to rare crafting ingredients.
